HICA Recruitment Event

A number of career opportunities have been created across the company as we continue to grow and expand.

More than 20 roles have been made available including several carer’s jobs at both foundation and senior levels, office administration roles and finance positions.

Stevie Scott, Head of Human Resources for The Hica Group said:

“We encourage individuals to consider care as a career not just a job.  We have an excellent track record of supporting people to develop and progress in health and social care, whether they remain with us or move on to become nurses or social workers.”

“The roles we have available call for people with experience in some cases but we also offer help, support and guidance for those people starting out in their new careers.”

People from across the region have been invited to attend Hica’s recruitment fair which is to be held on:

Wednesday 23rd July 2014 between 12 noon and 7pm

At Anchor Court, Francs Street, Hull, HU2 8DT.

Welcome to the HICA Group, a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation that specialises in Care and Support for older people and people with a learning disability. Established in 1992 we have over 20 years of experience providing highly personalised and flexible care and support to thousands of people in our Care Homes and in the Community.

As a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation, we aim to set the benchmark for high standards and service quality and we are passionate about both the people we support and the people we employ.

Today we have 18 homes for older people, most of which specialise in ‘living well with dementia’ and 5 homes for adults with a learning disability where quality of life and maintaining independence are priorities.

We also have a growing domiciliary care business and have developed a number of villages for people over the age of 55 – for more information on these services please click on the link below.

Our Head Office is located in Hull but we operate across Hull, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Lancashire.”
