Career pathways
In 2019 HICA launched a bespoke 12-week management development programme to support existing Deputy Managers and our aspiring Team Leaders who want to further their career.
Our programme is a package of blended learning using traditional classroom training, workshops and on the job coaching and observation. It is designed to develop knowledge, boost confidence in handling management responsibilities and prepare our next generation of leaders for opportunities that arise.
