Carole has been on the Board of HICA since its creation and was the Chair of the organisation for many years until retiring from the position in 2005.
Carole is very experienced in the care sector and worked in the voluntary sector for 18 years. Having completed her MA in Professional Studies in Community Education covering ‘Ageism’ and Home Management, Carole has a particular interest in promoting the individual rights of all our service users to make choices about their own lives.
