Congratulations! HICA in Bloom Finalists 2022!
The first round of judging in this year’s HICA in Bloom has now concluded and we are delighted to be able to announce the five finalists.

The judging took place on exceptionally sunny days which helped make everyone’s gardens look their best. The judging criteria was based on service user involvement, use of plants and colour, sustainability, how close the plan became a reality and the all-important WOW Factor. Where scores were incredibly tight the judges also looked at the ‘curb appeal’ of the home, how well the rest of the grounds looked, how well previous entries were kept up and the journey to and through the garden.
