Debra Hammerton joined HICA in 2019 as the Registered Manager of Elm Tree Court where one of her proudest achievements was receiving the Care Home of the Year Award 2021. She has worked in the care sector as for the last 14 years in various settings including residential and nursing, working predominantly as a crisis manager. Debra holds a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
