HICA pay review to reward frontline staff
2020 has proven to be a most difficult and trying year, especially so within the health and social care sector and at HICA we have been overwhelmed by our staff’s team spirit whilst ensuring that care and support services continued to be delivered in the same expert manner as always and, importantly, keeping service users safe. Never have we been more proud of our HICA Family.
We are delighted, therefore, to announce that we have brought forward our end of financial year pay review for frontline staff to now take effect from January 1st 2021.
The HICA Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team are so very grateful for the hard work of the entire HICA family and it is important to us that all of our staff feel valued and know just what a difference they have made – they’ve worn PPE all day, they’ve taken part in testing, they’ve stayed at work even if it meant they haven’t seen their own families and they have shown that amazing team spirit that we’re so proud of.
