Local youth football team secures sponsorship from The HICA Group
A local grassroots football club has been sponsored by The HICA Group as it continues its successful season in the Hull & District Youth Football League and Cup.
Orchard Park AFC U12s, currently playing in the Humber division, is now sponsored by the HICA Group. They are having a great start to the season, 2nd in the league and only losing one game which is a excellent achievement for a new team.
The sponsorship will enable the club to continue to deliver football opportunities to local children and support their investment in providing facilities alongside training and involvement in local tournaments and competitions.

The team was established in June 2022 and currently have 13 players. Their home ground is Fisher Park on Courtland Road in Hull.
Carl Dixon, HR Business Partner at the HICA Group who is the football coach of the U12s team, said: “It’s a great pleasure being the manager of this team and being a part of a club with its main aim to provide for children within the community, the opportunity to play the game they all love. The lads have only been together for a few months and for some of them it’s the first time they have played football. They have established a great friendship through playing football, and this is testament to the start they have made within the league. When I approached HICA about the opportunity of being our team sponsor, I couldn’t believe how enthusiastic HICA were in becoming involved with this club and wanted to see how they could support the team.
“We massively appreciate HICA’s sponsorship as it will allow us to continue to purchase kit, such as football strips and training kits, for the team.
“It will also help us to enter the team into more tournaments when the league finishes and competitions to keep them engaged all year round. Thank you so much for the support.”
