Martin Derham is Head of Estates and Health & Safety for HICA. Before HICA Martin worked in both public and private sectors with over 40 years’ experience in estates management, property management, facilities & building services, contracts, health and safety. Martin is enthusiastic in delivering positive changes and outcomes to benefit our service users and staff. Martin holds his NEBOSH Certificate and has a Diploma in Leadership & management as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
