New 2022 Pay Rates for HICA Care Workers Announced
We are delighted to announce some great news for our care workers and those who want to start their career with HICA in 2022. Our new care worker rates for 2022 have been announced and they are fantastic. ⠀

Domiciliary Care and Support Workers will have a starting rate of £11.00 rising to £11.30 after 6 months.

Our residential Care and support Workers will have a starting rate of £9.70 rising to £10.00 after 6 months⠀
