Paula Jory is the Data, Quality & Information Manager for The HICA Group. Paula started her career with HICA in 2008 working as an Accounts Assistant in the Finace Department. In 2018 Paula moved departments and became part of the Quality Team as Quality Assurance Advisor. In March 2022 Paula moved to her current role which supports the SMT and the services with IT and Data Management. Paula holds her Information Technology NVQ Level 3 and her Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
