Inspired by a local community project, residents from Isaac Robinson Court in Hull took a walk around their local community and after seeing the beautiful cherry blossoms they decided to create their own blossom tree.
The local community project by we made this hull and Hull Libraries is Hanami, which means ‘flower viewing’ in Japanese, it is the traditional custom of enjoying the beauty of cherry trees in bloom.
Getting creative residents made a large paper cherry tree to decorate the wall of their home, decorating in with delicate pink tissue paper.
