Care: Management

We are looking for a caring and passionate Team Manager to join the team at Cranwell Court to manage the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients and visitors and be responsible for supervision and management of staff to ensure efficient operation of the home.

Pay & Hours:

• £12.90 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)

The Role:

• Management of the day care team.
• Formulating, reviewing, and implementing Care Programmes
• Assist with the delivery of personal care.
• Administering of medication
• Participating in resident review meetings
• Take part in on call and duty rotas`

About you:

As a Team Manager you will already have a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and previous experience in a care environment:

• Be confident in supervising others and be able to manage/prioritise workloads
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude.

About Us:

Cranwell Court is a 56 bed purpose-built Care Home split between a 17 bedded enhanced dementia unit and a 39 bed residential development situated on Cambridge Road in Grimsby.

Set in its own beautiful grounds Cranwell Court comprises of a range of spacious , self contained apartments with kitchen and bathroom facilities, giving residents their own front door and private space.
