Thomas Sharman recently joined HICA as Governance & Integration Manager. He has 20 Years’ experience working within Health and Social Care, having previously worked for local authorities, the CQC and a large provider of domiciliary care. He has oversight of governance across HICA and is heavily involved in the integration of new managers into both current services and future acquisitions. His role helps ensure that HICA services remain compliant with the CQC and local authorities.
