Red House achieved an outstanding score of 99%, with the assessment report highlighting its strong and supportive leadership, enthusiastic team, and dedication to enhancing residents’ social and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions and a wide range of activities. The home’s excellent collaboration with the community nursing team and its highly individualised Advanced Care Plans (ACP) were also praised, reflecting the high level of care provided.
Cranwell Court earned an impressive score of 91%, recognised for its exceptional leadership, meticulous care planning, and strong team support. The leadership at Cranwell Court has built a cohesive team that ensures each resident’s care plan is tailored to their unique needs. The unwavering support within the team further enhances the quality of care, demonstrating their commitment to the highest standards of service.
Isaac Robinson Court received a commendable score of 84%, underscoring the enthusiasm and dedication of their entire staff, from the Operational Manager to home managers, handymen, housekeepers, chefs, and support workers.
