We are looking for hard-working, committed and professional individuals to join our growing team as a Casual Care Assistant at The Wolds Care Centre, our state-of-the art residential facility in Louth!

Pay & Hours:

  • Rate of pay: £11.00 per hour
  • Contracted hours: Casual Bank (Days & Nights)
  • Shifts Pattern – Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend).

The Role:

By becoming a Care Assistant at The Wolds, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.

About us:

The Wolds Care Centre is a 66 bed Care Home situated on North Holme Road in Louth. The home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities. All bedrooms are spacious, boasting their own en-suite with wet room and each room is furnished to a high standard. Residents and their families are invited to personalise their rooms, creating their own unique environment, reflecting the individuality of the occupier.

The Centre has been designed around a Community Hub. The home has the luxury of a café, garden room, shop, cinema, activity room, a multi activities room, library with WI-FI and internet access, and a sensory room. Residents can also enjoy the use of the on-site hair & beauty salon, where not only can they get their hair styled but also make use of the pedicure and reflexology services available. A multi-faith room is also provided which is used for regular services. A dedicated Activity Coordinator arranges for meaningful and engaging activities to be available daily, for everyone.
