What we offer:

• Competitive pay: £12.11 per hour, plus 24p per mile for mileage and paid travel time.
• Flexible hours: Choose from morning or night shifts (7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm). Guaranteed 16-hour contracts, with the option to work up to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality home care services, including personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Assist service users in their daily routines and ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Follow personalized care plans to meet individual needs.

Requirements:

• Desirable: UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (proof required).
• Hardworking, reliable, and compassionate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work alternate weekends.
