Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support care workers in the community, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered care plans.
  • Manage recruitment and rota planning for your allocated area.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
  • Build relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and cover care calls when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working with vulnerable people in a care setting.
  • GCSE standard in literacy and numeracy.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, supervisory management experience, and experience with care plan development and monitoring.

Additional Requirements:

  • Access to your own transport (fuel allowance provided).
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
