Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support care workers in the community, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain person-centered care plans.
- Manage recruitment and rota planning for your allocated area.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
- Build relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in the on-call rota and cover care calls when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working with vulnerable people in a care setting.
- GCSE standard in literacy and numeracy.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, supervisory management experience, and experience with care plan development and monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
- Access to your own transport (fuel allowance provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
