The HICA Group has a new opportunity for a dedicated and focused individual to join our kitchen team at The Wolds Care Centre based in Louth!

The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

  • £11.50 per hour
  • Hours of work: Full & Part time roles considered.
  • Shift pattern: Working 9.30am – 6.30pm. Weekday & Weekend shifts available. Working to a rota covering 7 days per week.

The Role:

  • You will prepare, cook and serve food and drinks to our Service Users
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area is up to the highest standard.
  • Be aware of specific needs and preferences from our Service Users
  • Keeping cleaning products safely stored as well as ordering cleaning products for the kitchen.
  • Using a person-centred approach towards our Service Users during mealtimes

About you:

  • Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of individual dietary needs.
  • A good understanding of those with challenging behaviours.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
