Mobile Support Worker – Hull & East Yorkshire

Here at the HICA Group, we are increasing our support team to provide care cover to our services across the Hull and East Riding area for periods of annual leave, staff sickness or through increased occupancy.

The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

  • Rate of Pay – £ 12.11 per hour.
  • Hours of Work – 24 – 36 hours per week – contracted
  • Shift Pattern – Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (may included every other weekend).

The Role:

This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience at multiple care homes, to meet new people and to enjoy a varied job role where no two days are the same. Assisting with all aspects of resident personal and social care needs in addition to supporting their wellbeing.

We have various shifts available depending on the service you are supporting which will be discussed further upon receiving your application and at interview.

About Us:

Welcome to the HICA Group, a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation that specialises in care and support solutions for older people and people with a learning disability.

Our services are provided within an established portfolio of 17 residential care homes, 12 of which are for older people and 5 of which are for people with a learning difficulty. We also have a well established domiciliary care service providing over 11,500 hours of varied levels of support and care from 5 regional offices.
