HICA – Payroll Administrator

We’re seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Hesslewood Country Business Park. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our payroll processes.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions, including starters, leavers, and contract changes.
- Calculate and process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP).
- Handle attachment of earnings and other deductions.
- Manage the Company’s Auto Enrolment scheme.
- Respond to payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a payroll role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £26,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience).
